Our services

Care built around
movement.

7 areas of practice, delivered at both Gaborone clinics — Molapo Crossing and African Mall, Extension 2. Every service below runs at both addresses, so the choice is which clinic is easier to reach, not what you can be treated for.

Act 06 — Treatments

Care built
around

Therapies & modalities

The tools we work with, applied after assessment — never instead of one.

  • Rehabilitation Exercise

Graded, individually prescribed exercise — the part of recovery that rebuilds capacity rather than only settling symptoms.

  • Manual Therapy & Massage

Hands-on treatment used to ease muscle tension, restore joint movement and support recovery between training or working days.

  • Dry Needling

A fine-needle technique used by trained physiotherapists to address muscular trigger points, always following assessment.

  • Electrotherapy & TENS

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and related modalities, applied as one component of a wider treatment plan.

  • Hydrotherapy

Exercise in water — lower joint loading, with the resistance needed to build strength and confidence in movement.

  • Recovery Compression Boots

Intermittent compression used after training and racing to support circulation and post-exercise recovery.

  • Wet, Dry & Massage Cupping

Cupping therapy offered as part of the practice's recovery and muscle-care services.

  • Taping & Strapping

Support and offloading strategies used around training, competition and the early phases of return to activity.

Fees depend on the assessment and the treatment plan. The clinic will confirm the cost with you when you book, and bills major medical aids directly.
